How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" — we'll send a reset link to your email.

My M-Pesa payment went through but my plan wasn't activated

Please wait 2–3 minutes and refresh. If still not activated, email support@nursefiti.vercel.app with your M-Pesa receipt number.

How do I change my exam date or cadre?

Go to Settings → Exam Settings to update your target exam date and cadre.

I can't log in to my account

Make sure you've verified your email after signing up. Check your spam folder for the verification email.

How do I contact a tutor after booking?

After a confirmed booking, the tutor's contact details and session join link appear in My Bookings.
